He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Snyder and Thelma Snyder (Whitmoyer); his grandson Jason Follmer; and his siblings, Helen Snyder, Dorothy Poust, Harold, Harry and Paul Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Snyder (Yost); his son Franklin L. Snyder, Jr.; his grandchildren, Chad Follmer, Amanda Follmer (Scott Rupert), Noelle Reichard, Hope Bogus (Christopher), Thomas Betz (Jessica) and Travis Betz (Tasha); and his siblings, Harvey Snyder, Sr. (Shirley) of Turbotville, Ralph Snyder (Carol) of Muncy and Gladys Greenly of Turbotville. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
