He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Summers and Rachel Summers; his wife Arlene D. Summers (Gehman); and his brothers, Edgar, Allen and Leon Summers.
He is survived by: his children, Glendon Summers (Ann Marie) of New Milford, Keith Summers (Clorice) of Milton and Bethene Eberly (Lamar) of Kingsley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
