He was predeceased by: his parents, Meredith E. "Pete" and Martha E. "Mart" Keiser (Derr); and his brother Charles M. Keiser. He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Metz; his children, Kevin E. Keiser of Turbotville, Andrew W. Keiser of Watsontown and Tammy L. Watts (Aaron) of Florida; and his siblings, Rodney Keiser (Victoria) of Allenwood, Rosemary Day of Turbotville and Barbara Nicholas (James) of Turbotville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
