He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann; his parents, William E. and Delilah F. Webb; his sister Marjorie Stinger; his brother-in-law William Stinger; his parents-in-law, Earl F. and Mary F. Hyde; and his siblings-in-law, Earl Bailey and Beryl Bailey.
He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Clayton Petlock and Parker Petlock; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Hyde and Dorothy Hyde. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
