We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2020, at the age of 73, William Melburn Stephens of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, born in Nicholson, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Stephens and Clorinda Marcy Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Susan Joy Sands; his sons, Jason Stephens (Todd Gale), Jeremy Stephens (Stephanie Grohs) and Joshua Stephens (Julie Stephens); and his grandchildren, Samantha Stephens of Tunkhannock, Jacob Stephens of Tunkhannock, Jebediah Stephens of Tunkhannock and Sable Stephens of Tunkhannock.
