He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Oliver and Belle Grow Oliver; and his brother Richard Oliver. He is survived by: his nephew Paul B. Shaffer III; his nieces, Elizabeth Brown, Anchorage of Alaska, Sherry Wintermute, Forkston and Katherine Shaffer; his sister-in-law Joanne Shaffer; and his friend Michael DiStadio.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, restrictions have been put in place by the CDC and the PA Department of Health.
