It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Helen Pensak (Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania), born in Dundalk, Maryland, who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustave Erat and Ruth Munski Erat; her husband Ronald T. Pensak; her daughter Janet K. Pensak; her siblings, Norma Gentile, Evelyn Voelker and Gustave Erat; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Pensak.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald (Patti Pensak), Jeff (Kathleen Pensak), Loretta (Russ Kipp), Linda (Lee Barnes), David Pensak, Ellen (Gary Toczko) and Diane (Frank Billings); and her siblings, Richard Erat (Mary) and Myrna Schuncke. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
