He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bailey and Helen Bailey (Beeman); his wife Sandra; his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Bacorn, Saundera Featherbay, Alice Lewis, Alan Bailey and Lonnie Bailey; his brothers-in-law, Donald Haines and Eugene Featherbay; his niece Michelle Fry; and also Austin Chestnut.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Haines of Picture Rocks and Shirlee Bird (Ray) of New Albany; his nephew Clair Pardoe (Linda Lutz) of Dushore; his brother-in-law Phil Lewis (Karen) of Wysox; and his pet Cheech. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
