With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Marie Shartle (Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania), born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 1, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Shartle; her parents, Sherman Johnson and Ruth Vanderpool Johnson; and her sister Loretta Johnson McKinney. She is survived by: her brothers, Jack Johnson (Sandee) of The Villages, FL and Tim Johnson (Sally) of Towanda; her children, Rick Hiduk (Mike Houser) of Meshoppen, Lisa Ruszin (Steve) of Pittston, Todd Shartle (Heather) of Clinton, OH and Eric Shartle (Lisa) of Pittsburgh; and her grandchildren, Adrienne Shartle, Reagan Shartle, Samantha Ruszin and Ethan Shartle.
