He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martin Harvey and Arlita Harvey (Foote); his daughter Denise Ann Harvey; his granddaughter Deborah Sue Harvey; his sister Carmelita Strohl; and his children, Richard Harvey Jr. of Montrose, Randy Harvey of Binghamton, N. Y., Sharon Haines of Scranton, Danielle Schuckers of Plymouth and Ryan Harvey of Tunkhannock. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
