She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Spano and Mildred Spano (Barone); her husband Louis R.; her grandson Christopher; and her son Louis Pollini.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Castagna, Pamela Lucas, Penni Novegrod, Peri Pollini, Pauline Davey, Christopher Pollini and Peggi Hoctor. She is also survived by eight children, 20 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Alzheimer's Association in the name of Marilyn Pollini.
