He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Howell and Ethel Ferguson Howell; and his sister Shirley Mowery. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Statnick; his son Dave (Lisa) of Northmoreland; his siblings, Roger of Tunkhannock, Jerry of Mill City, Scott of Tunkhannock and Sandra Callwits of Tunkhannock; and his grandsons, Christopher (Jenn) and Brandon Howell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
