He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Tripp Clark and Irene Stonier Clark; his wife Mary Lou Clark (Boner); his brother Norman Clark; and his nephew Preston Sherman.
He is survived by: his daughter Krystina Kruk of Camptown; his stepsons, Cody Carey of Springville and Ryan Carey (Victoria) of Meshoppen; and his siblings, Donald Clark (Linda) of Lemon, Spencer Clark of Auburn Center and Amber Zygmunt (Edward) of Laceyville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great-nephews, great-nieces, and cousins.
