He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne I. Setser and Marion E. Setser (Blaisure). He is survived by: his wife Cecilia M. Setser (Little); his son Douglas; his daughter-in-law Diana Setser of Sammamish, WA; his daughter Jennifer Portas (Ty McNeer) of Bowie, MD; his grandchildren, Frederick, Anna Setser and Athena Portas; his sisters, Charlene (John Tewksbury), Dawn (Ronnie Romain), Connie (Frank Reimbold) and Debra (Tom Honeyford); his uncle Dick; and his aunt Nancy Blaisure of Fort Myers, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
