He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bell and Frances Jones Bell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Charlton Bell; his daughters, Kimberly Clark (Brian) and Heather; his grandchildren, Matthew Clark (Emily), Morgan Clark and Hadley Rosengrant; his great grandchildren, Brian, Zachary, Jenna and McKinley; his sister Patrice Benfer; and his nieces, Amy and Anne. He is also survived by his family and friends.
