She was predeceased by: her parents, John II and Marie Decker, II (Smith); and her son Zachary Evans. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Evans; her son Ryan Decker; her brothers, John Decker, Jr. and Thomas Decker; and her grandchild Dryden Decker.
