It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arline Ruth Schneiderite of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pimm and Cora Fisher Pimm; her husband William E. Schneiderite, Jr.; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Hayden, Charles "Chuck", Arthur "Art", Jack "John", Harriet, Rhoda, Hannah and Mary Jane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Harmon and Karen Matlowski (Stanley); her grandchildren, Michelle, Jamie, Kayla (Casey) and Alyssa; her great grandchildren, Allison, Dylan, Riley, Garrett and Madelynn; and her great great grandchildren, Jeremy and Miley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc. (2386 PA-118, Hunlock Creek, PA 18621). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
