She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary (Forte) and Joseph F. Perillo; and her sister Phyllis Perillo. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Lucianne Conyers (Anthony), Solomon Perillo (Michele) and Joseph Perillo (Bianca); her close friends, Lori, Annie, Nikki and Kim; and her pets, Atticus and Moses.
