He was predeceased by: his brother Karl. He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Koch (Zoelle); his sons, Tom Koch, Mike Koch (Kate) and Matt Koch (Leslie); his grandsons, Jake and Josh; and his siblings, Donnie Koch and Paul Koch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
