It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth L. Madigan-Norton of Troy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Williams and Carrie Williams (Pennell); her husbands, Clifton Madigan and Stuart Norton; and her siblings, Louise Crayton and Clarence "Bus" Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Madigan of Troy, Marilee Neer of Russiaville, IN, Dean Madigan (Stacie) of Towanda and James Madigan of Towanda; and her stepchildren, Chris Norton (Cindi) of Burlington, Pamela Kingsley (Rex) of Ulster, Scott Norton (Karen) of Ulster and Julie Demas (George) of Ulster. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
