With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Watson of Troy, Pennsylvania, born in Gillett, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 22, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille "Did" Watson (Wilston); his parents, Ivan J. Watson and Ruth Watson (Kimball); and his siblings, Harold "Dutch" Watson, Merle "Stub" Watson, Dorothy Terry and Velma Beech.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Watson (Gail) of Berrytown, Rodney Watson (Sharon) of Berrytown, Calvin Watson (Judy) of Troy, Brian Watson (Marie) of Berrytown and Amy Oldroyd Jr. (Charles) of Sayre; his grandchildren, Natasha Bisbey (Ryan), Lakeyja Perkins (Reed), Cheyenne Bisbey, Tracy Onderdonk, Eric Watson (Becky), Marcia Welch, Marty Watson (Sarah), Mark Watson (Amber), Matt Watson (Hannah Jackson), Liza Voorhees (Rodney), Bradley Watson (Chrissy), Sadie Hardy, Douglas Miller, Jeffrey Miller, Adam Watson and Lauren Oldroyd; and his sisters, Eleanor Boor (James) and Linda Wrisley (Luther) of Troy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
