He was predeceased by: his parent Leland Daniel; his brother Miles B. Pratt; his son-in-law Robert Brown Fulford III; and his sisters-in-law, Larry Raub, Thomas Dunbar, Linda Dunbar, Harry "Pete" Dunbar, Ralph Dunbar, Jr. and Wayne Dunbar (Evelyn).
He is survived by: his parent Anna Elora Pratt (Dexter); his spouse Joyce Dunbar; his children, Wayne E. Pratt (Claire) of Granville Summit and Linda L. Fulford of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Vernon C. Sager II (Columbia Cross Roads), Christopher B. Sager (Daphne) of Ridgebury, Scott Pratt (Maggie) of Granville Summit, Abram Fulford of Troy, Joseph Fulford of Towanda and Caitlin Wright (Chance) of Troy; his great grandchildren, Sophia Wright and Parker Pratt; his siblings, Gerald Pratt (Marjorie) of Granville Summit, Paul Pratt (Patty) of Burgettstown and Dorothy Stone (Larry) of Canton; his son-in-law Vernon C. Sager Sr.; his brother-in-law Doris Sherman (Robert); and his close friend Julia Beach of Troy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
