He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Kendall and Barbara Kendall (Newell); and his close friend Tom Blasz. He is survived by: his siblings, Sally Sterling (Steve) and Thomas Kendall (Donna) of Gillett; his nephew Clint Harkness (Tammy); his nieces, Jodi Harkness, Nicole Beardsley (Jason) and Michelle Payne (Chris); and his aunts, Ruth Kendall, Noddie Kendall and Veronica Newell.

Memorial donations in Rick's name may be directed to Guthrie Hospice, 421 Tomahawk Road, Towanda, PA 18848 or to the Troy Area High School sports programs.
