He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Eaton and Betta Marie Eaton (Eskeli). He is survived by: his wife Mary S. Eaton (Mimi) of Troy; his children, Eric Richard Eaton of Troy and Emily Ruth; his son-in-law John Benninger of Burlington; and his sister May Elizabeth Perry of Sayre. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
