He was predeceased by: his father Paul F. Burnett,; his significant other Margaret J. Nuhfer Burnett; his sisters, Alice Carbaugh of Rynd Farm, Pauline Deverts of Cherrytree, Geraldine Kush of President and Jane Watson of El Paso, TX; and his stepdaughter Deana Ralston of Gresham.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva "Idell" Burnett; his sons, Steven Burnett (Freya) of Fort Myers, FL, Mark Burnett (Brenda) of Townville, Richard Burnett of Erie and Scott Burnett (Cheryl) of Fort Myers, FL.; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Nuhfer of Edinboro and Judith McPherson of Troy Center; his stepchildren, Dusty Johnson of Gresham, Blair Boyd (Roger) of Centerville and Emil Johnson of Columbus, OH; his stepson-in-law Don Ralston of Gresham; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond, Marian Conaway of Troy Center and Jaquie Nuhfer of Edinboro. He is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
