She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carter and Margaret Carter; her parents-in-law, Harvey and Julia Mack; her sister Betty; and her brother-in-law William Watts.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Chapman (John) of Mainesburg and Donald F. Mack, Jr. (Ellen); her grandson Lucas Chapman (Kelsey) of Mainesburg Pa; and her great grandchildren, Brycen Chapman of Mainesburg Pa and Capri Chapman of Mainesburg Pa. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and friends.
