We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2020, at the age of 76, Neal Toms of Troy, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Toms and Helen Toms (Hartman); and his wife Nancy Rinker. He was also cherished by two daughters, two step daughters and several grandchildren.
