She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin B. Orr and Alice G. Orr (Buck); her husband William J. Spiak; her daughter Bonnie Lynn Carey (Spiak); and her grandson Steven W. Spiak.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne D. Spiak and Terrie A. Darrow (Jon); and her sisters, Ruthie and Peggy. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
