He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Mills (Bodine); his parents, Lewis W. Mills and Elsie Mills (Williams); his son David; his siblings, Jean Havens, Elsie Eileen Elliott and Silas Leo Mills; his siblings-in-law, Robert E. Havens, Lawrence Elliot, Duane Bodine, Richard Patton and Betty Mills; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Mills (Parker).
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Mills (Karen), Laurie Daigneau (Larry) and Julie Berman (Paul); his grandchildren, Corey, Courtney Mills, Olivia, Elena Daigneau, Sarah and Maxwell Berman; his stepgrandsons, Matt Madorsky (Kate) and Aaron Daigneau; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Dylan, Lucy Ann, Gunner and Elizabeth Madorsky; his brothers, Ralph Mills and Stanley Mills (Elaine); and his sisters-in-law, Esther Mills and Marlene Patton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
