She is survived by: her husband Jeff Streby; her children, Mandy Manley (Sierra Moyer) of Canton, Tammy Ramos (Jorge), Eric Simcoe, Jackie Eichenberger (Brett) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Cassie Slingerland (Scott Payne) of Troy; her grandchildren, Alyssa of Canton, Dylan of Canton, Davin of Canton, Drew of Canton, Logan of Canton, Camden, Noah, Bryce of Myrtle Beach, SC, Bentley and Bailey of Troy; her siblings, Ronny Slingerland (Linda Garrison) and Shelva Baldwin (Daniel Rea) of Pittsburgh; and her aunts and uncles, Joann Zacharias, Raymond Slingerland (Dee), Rudy Slingerland (Ellen), Rose Shadduck (Donnie), Ruth Chandler (Greg), Nettie Morgan, Esther Smith and Paul Laudenslager (Amanda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
