He is survived by: his wife June Passeri; his son Raymond Bower of Canton; his grandson Brennen Bower of Stoney Fork; and his siblings, Richard Bower (Ethel) of Newberry, Dale Bower (Kathy) of Albany, NY, Robert Bower (Marilyn) of Covington, Eloise Hilfiger of Covington, Jean Ogden (Richard) of Blossburg, Jeanette Belz (Gary) of Tioga and Marcille Giles of Mansfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
