Smith of Troy, Pennsylvania, born in New Rochelle, New York, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Helen S. Smith (Swift); his parents, Frank W. Smith and Helen Smith (Stewart); and his sister Lois Thornton. He is survived by: his children, Frank W. "Wes" Smith (Mary) of Towanda, PA, William "Bill" Smith (Wendy) of Monroeton, PA and Patricia Smith (Dave Saar) of Troy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
