He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald D. Phinney and Elsie A. Phinney (Darrow); his sisters, Patricia E. Serfas and R. Ailene Bradley; and his brother-in-law Dean Bradley.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Lewis Serfas; his nieces, Tamie Esaias (Sean), Paula Cooke (Jeff), Brenda Conklin and Yovonka McCrainie; his nephew Raymond Bradley; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brian Wheaton (Christi), James Kilmer, Dakota Cooke, Brittany Conklin, Kyle McCranie (Kendall), Paige and Charlotte Bradley; and his children, Duane, Kathy and Mark. He is also survived by her grandchildren, as well as many close friends.
