He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Long; his parents, Kermit Long and Lesta Long; his in-laws, Arthur and Esther Chenot; his siblings, Dick (Darlene), Kathy Saltzman (Bill), Margie Hobson and Marilyn Zocholl (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Dick Leslie and Marie Poffek.
He is survived by: his daughter Justine; his grandchildren, Jenna (Chris Close), Jackey Good (John Harned, Jr.) and Shayne Good; his great grandchild Sophia; his sister Patty Leslie; his cousin Shirley Wilken; his siblings-in-law, Janice Long and Louis Chenot (June); and his stepgrandchildren, Michael Foster, Patrick Foster, Athena, Ares, Atlas, Astraea, Sean Foster, Jonathan Foster Jr., Natalie and Lauren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's memory to the Troy American Legion Post #49.
