He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred A. Decker and Lillian Decker (Ennis); and his siblings, Jim, Paul Decker and Alberta Yardley.
He is survived by: his wife Rosanna Decker (McClure); his children, Rodney Decker (Charlotte) of Troy, Larry Decker (Bethany) of Linden, PA and Brenda Crippen (Mike) of Gillett, PA; his grandchildren, Addlyn, Jackson, Angela and Tim Romanauski; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Paityn, Jon and Sarah Decker; his brothers, Carl Decker (Lovia) of Philadelphia, PA, Alfred Decker of Towanda, PA and Ron Decker (Kathy) of Elmira, NY; and also, Leeana, Nicole, Brian Breen, Carlie and Leia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
