He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie (Ross); his parents, John Raymond and Gladys V. Lyon (Northrup); his sister Shirley; his brother-in-law Rev. Duane Brown; his children-in-law, Teresa Lyon (Grand) and Charles Brown; and his brother-in-law Richard Ross.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen R. Lyon (Charlotte), Barbara Andrus (Jack), Linda Cinalli (Joe), Lorna Wilson (Reg) and Amy Brown; and his sister-in-law Bertha Ann Kingsley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
