She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chase and Dora Chase (Brown); her husband James Burbank; her son Terry Burbank; her grandchildren, Tommy and Angie; and her children-in-law, Cindy Burbank and Stub Tice.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Burbank (Georgianna) of Alba, Richard Burbank of Texas, Robert Burbank (Roberta) of Elmira and Linda Tice of Elmira; her grandchildren, Robert, Steve Jr., Chad, Ricky, Tom, Chris, Mike, Mindy, Sona, Sue, Lisa, Cassandra, Bonnie, April, Shawn, Rex, Crystal, Terry Jr., Scott, Lee, Tony and Wayne; and her close friends, Wendy Green and Grace Vandyke. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
