It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frederick Stroud Jr. of Troy, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Stroud, and Helen Stroud, Sr. (Rinehimer); his son Daniel Stroud; and his brother William Stroud. He is survived by: his wife Pearl (Forrest); his grandchildren, Ethan, Kayla, Carlee Stroud and Seth Vickery; his siblings, Trudy Shonk (Wayne) of Hatfield, PA and Jody Stroud (Joni) of Drum, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Lynn Stroud, Donna Brass, Sally Forrest, Shirley Forrest and Eunice Wilston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Fred's memory to charity of one's own choosing.
