He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Otlano (Urda) and Frank N. Otlano. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly J. Otlano (Andreoletti); his siblings, Debbie Otlano, James Otlano and Mary Theresa Giordano (Frank); his cousins, Susan (DeVito) and Burt Calhoun; and his aunt Florence Wackowski. He is also survived by many other cousins and lifelong dear friends.
