He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jessica Case (Shane) of Troy and Anthony Parker of Canton; his grandchildren, Jacob Cummings, Justin Cummings, Madyson Case, Michael Case, Akia Parker and Kannon Parker; his siblings, Luann Kosloski (Stanley) of Troy, Pete Chrzan (Cheryl) of Troy and Dick Chrzan (Patrice) of Mansfield; his sister-in-law Joyce Chrzan of Troy; and his pet Levi. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, Frank would have appreciated donations in his memory to the Troy Sale Barn, c/o 1244 Redington Ave. Troy, PA 16947.
