She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Watkins and Marian Watkins (Leiby); her husband Wilbur H. Barrett; and her brothers, Walter Dwight Watkins, Arthur Leiby Watkins and Raymond Larry Watkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Perry (Charles) of Troy, PA and Wendy Kupchin (Robert) of Troy, PA.; her grandchildren, Dan Perry (Laurie) of Athens, PA, Jackie McCoon (Robert) and Skyler Kupchin of California, MD.; her great grandchildren, Caitlyn Walcheski (Travis) of Troy, PA., Ryan Perry of Troy, PA. and Hannah Perry of Troy, PA.; her great great grandchild James Walcheski of Troy, PA.; and her sister Florence Confer of Bellefonte, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
