She was predeceased by: her parents, James Morgan and Fay Morgan (Tiller); her brothers, John and Dennis Morgan; and her brother-in-law Ozzie Osgood.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Cunningham (Danielle) of Sugar Run, Arrell Putnam (Terry II) of Troy, Rachelle Rockwell of Troy, Ty Rockwell (Janye) of Troy and Shandi Rockwell (Kyle Thompson) of Troy; her grandchildren, Parker, Easton, Carlaina, Bridon, Brileigh, Brice, Briara, Mackism, Jackson, Elianna, Aiden and Kynlee; and her siblings, Anita Osgood of Gillett, June Cummings (Ross) of Wellsboro, May Decker (Paul Ford) of Chattem, Kelvin Morgan (Irene) of Mansfield and Wayne Morgan (Sonya) of Troy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Elaine's name may be directed to the Bakerburg Community Church.
