He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Winebarger and Hazel G. Winebarger Morgan (Ray); and his siblings, Shirley Castle, Lena Swain, Jimmy, William "Frank" and Jerry Winebarger.

He is survived by: his children, Holly Thomas, Tango Cole, Matthew (Kelly Reinbold), Christopher (Jordan Kinner) and Megan (Kristy Winebarger); his wife Lisa Winebarger (Taber); and his sisters, Pauline Horton (Jim), Dorothie Graham (Wade), Shelby Wilcox (Larry) and Emily Edith Sweeley (Jim). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
