He is survived by: his wife Marylou Pavlik (Papania); his children, Sandra Pilardi (Rich), Jill Hughes (Shawn), Susan Aversa (Richard) and David Pavlik (Jenny); his grandchildren, Ronnie, Laiken, Branden, Logan, Justin, Morgan, Kylie, Lacy, Aaron, Matthew and Landon; and his sister Eileen Kaiser (Pavlik).
