He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Foust and Bernice Foust (Clinton); his wife Beverly Ann Raplee; his grandson Brandon Evans (Kate); and his siblings, Linda White, Jimmy Foust and Sandra Belle.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Foust of Troy, Michelle Stettler (Steve) of Mansfield, Amy Gaylord of Mansfield and Laurie Evans (George); his grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan Stettler, Brielle Gaylord and Samantha Evans; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Luke, Kyle, Raelynne, Landon, Maverick and Mackinley; his siblings, Sue Cook (Bob), Sharon Logoci, Sally Langfang and Mitchell "Mickey" Foust; and his close friend Eric Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
