He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Burk and Jean Burk Peabody (Nesbitt); his wife Barbara Ann McNeal; and his brother Llewellyn Burk (Marcelyn). He is survived by: his sister Debra Bellows Gardner of Canandaigua, NY; his sister-in-law Mary Frey (Bill) of Florida; his granddaughters, Annalisa Bellows of Rochester, NY, Theresa Monaghan (Ryan) of Naples, NY and Sarah Bellows (Jamie Northrop) of Naples, NY; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Adiah, Max and Finnegan.
