He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Dunbar and Christine Dunbar (Vanhorn); his son Layton Matthew Dunbar; his siblings, Donna Smith and Layton Dunbar; his brother-in-law John Anderson; and his father-in-law Gary Griffin.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Griffin; his daughters, Beth Ward (Stephen) of Troy, Mary Dunbar of Troy and Anna Dunbar (Coleton Filson) of Troy; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Christine; his siblings, Mary Jean Ayres (Ron) of Troy and Lynelle Anderson of Canton; his mother-in-law Beverly Griffin of Canton; his brothers-in-law, Gary Smith, Scott Griffin and Ken Griffin; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends.
Due of the current Covid Delta strain the family suggests, out of respect of other's well-being, that you consider wearing a mask while attending services.
