He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester J. and Mary Tworsky, Sr. (Trezciak). He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Tworsky (Cieckiewicz); his niece Sara Woodard; his great-niece Jesilyn Pena of Troy, PA; and his nephews, Justin Driscoll and Joseph Cieckiewicz.
