We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2019, at the age of 72, Charlotte Oliver (Troy, Pennsylvania), born in Meshoppen, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Winnie and Alice Winnie (Levelle); and her son Timothy J. Oliver, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Howard James Oliver, Sr.; her son Howard James "Jim" Oliver, Jr. of Big Pond; her grandchildren, Alice Oliver, Bethany Gambino, Chelsea Oliver, Hayley Kenyon, Timothy Oliver, Jr., Dillion Oliver, Gabriella Oliver and Samantha Oliver; her great grandchildren, John, Parker, Lyndon, Corban, Levi and Cora; and her sister Yvonne Valdez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
