With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty J. Elliott of Troy, Pennsylvania, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on October 13, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Johnson and Frances Dunkle (Bauman); her brothers, Thomas Johnson and George Johnson; and her husbands, Charles Rumpff and Carl Elliott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Kobbe (Mike) of Troy, Hope Tuttle (Gerald) of Elmira, Tina Mueller of Elmira and Kathy Rumpff (Terrance Briggs) of Elmira Candy; her half-brother Albert Dunkle of Elmira; and her sister Frances Littfield of McDonough, NY. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 30 plus great-grandchildren.
